Rules for ATV Pulls

Stock Classes - No changes in engine or carburetion since its new purchase.
Exhaust changes are permitted.  Nitrous Gas is prohibited.

300-350cc/875 lbs.

400-450cc/975 lbs.

500 cc/1050 lbs.

500cc/1050 lbs.

600-660cc/1100 lbs.

700-800cc/1200 lbs.

King of the Hill  300-800cc/1300 lbs. max.

General Regulations

1.  Upon entering fairgrounds, MUST go to pit area - NO riding on fairgrounds.

2.  Each weight class will include the weight of the machine plus the weight of the driver.

3.  All ATV's must be operated in a safe manner on and off the track.  No speeding or wheelies allowed.

4.  ATV must have working brakes, fenders over the 2 rear tires, and a spring return throttle
(lever or twist).

5.  All drivers must be 16 years of age or older.

6.  All drivers must wear a shirt, pants, shoes, and a helmet during pull.

7.  No alcohol is allowed.  Violators including drivers and pit crews will be disqualified.

8.  All ties must be pulled off to determine placing.

9.  If the ATV goes out of bounds during the pull, you are done.

10. The puller will be given 2 consecutive attempts to start the sled.

11.  All pulls will start with a tight hitch.  No jerking is allowed.

12.  All weights to be fastened securely to the machine with ratchet strap binders.  The loss of any object while hooked to the sled will be disqualification.  (NO tarp straps allowed.)

13.  All entries are stopped once the first ATV of that class hooks to the sled.

14.  No weights can extend more than 6 inches in front of and/or rear of the tires.

15.  ATV's may be entered twice in the same class with different drivers.

16.  Only pump gas is permitted for use as fuel.

17.  Each participant is responsible for lost or stolen articles, injury or property damage.

18.  The first three place winners must weight out after each class.

19. At their discretion, any contestant may opt to advance to a higher weight or cc class.

20.  Driver must remain seated while pulling.

21.  The judges will settle any discrepancies in the rules and their decisions are FINAL and must be accepted in a sportsman-like manner.
